Scrap to billet
Selected aluminium scrap is melted in a PNG gas furnace and shaped into billets.
Let’s talk ABOUT PANCHRATAN
From understanding the market to shaping the material.

Our journey began in 2016 as a trading business. Working closely with customers helped us build lasting relationships and understand what their applications really needed.
One requirement kept coming back: customised aluminium extrusion solutions, designed for a specific use rather than selected from a standard range.
That demand inspired our next step. Today, we are expanding into aluminium extrusion manufacturing with a vision for customised, reliable and quality-driven solutions.
OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The heated billet is pushed through the customised die under controlled conditions.
Products are checked for dimensions, specifications and required quality standards.
Inspected products are prepared for dispatch and delivery to your application.
OUR VISION
Responsible manufacturing is an ongoing commitment.
We aim to encourage responsible use of aluminium scrap, adopt cleaner manufacturing practices and keep improving operational efficiency.
Our process uses PNG gas instead of conventional furnace oils. It is one step towards reducing the environmental impact of manufacturing.
